Custom paint was called for to give this fibre glass drag racer a new look. The process included two clear coat stages to give depth to the paint lines and provide the UV protection the paint will need out in the sun on race day after a full wet sand and polish. The paint’s design goal was to accentuate and visualize the body’s lines as well as the aerodynamics with hopes using hot new colours will add some horse power.
